- It costs almost nothing to run. There are no per-task fees; where Zapier bills you for every step, every month, n8n simply runs, and heavy automations that would cost hundreds a month elsewhere run for dollars.
- It connects to everything. Hundreds of built-in integrations, and where no integration exists there is usually an API, and we are developers.
- It is serious infrastructure. Workflows are code under the hood, versionable, testable and restorable, and when we say your automations are documented and exportable, n8n is the reason we can promise it.
The honest catch
n8n is technical, which is the reason we can offer so much for a flat monthly fee, and also the reason we would never hand it to a busy owner with our best wishes. That's the point of the managed service: our problem, your result.
Want it under your own roof anyway? n8n has a cloud product you can subscribe to directly, and we will happily build there instead. You pay the subscription, everything sits in your name.

Is n8n better than Zapier?
Zapier is easier to start with; n8n wins on cost and power. We deliberately build on n8n and Make, the platforms our AI tooling can manage end to end. It's a large part of why the monthly fee stays low, and why we do not build on Zapier.
Who looks after it when it breaks?
We do. Monitoring, fixes and scheduled key cycling are what the monthly plan is.
Can I get my workflows out?
Yes. Every workflow is exportable JSON plus plain-English documentation, and the lot goes with you when you leave with the account settled.
