We run your workflow automation. You run your business.
Here's exactly what happens during and after you book a call. Any AI agency Australia wide can build AI automations; we stay on to run them, watch them, and fix them when they break.
The free chat
A short call to see whether we can help. We start with your business goals then the goals of the people who work in or with your business. This helps set a baseline and identifies key motivations that often lead to the root of an issue. We are listening for the pain, because the task you hate most is usually what gets automated first. This call is about whether we can help and for you to ask whatever you like.
Sometimes the honest answer is that a $30 app already does the job and we'll tell you that.
Book a free chatThe blueprint
We sit down with you and turn how your work actually flows into a short plan: what we'd automate, in what order, what it costs and saves.
This is not a consultant's report; you get it as your own client page, with the phases, the prices, your jobs and ours, crossed off as they happen, plus a short survey where you confirm the details discussed. Some answers only turn up once the building starts, and the plan says so rather than guessing.
A straightforward business is a couple of hours; a complex one, two or three sessions. If you are short on time, there is a second option below that asks almost nothing of you. We charge for the blueprint separately. It's our first step and if you don't continue with us after, it's yours to keep.
There are two ways we create the blueprint...
With you
A few screen shares: you take us through your day, we ask questions. Usually the quickest and cheapest.
Leave it with us
For when you genuinely haven't got the time. We work out how the place runs from the systems themselves, then explain the tech your business runs on back to you (in plain English) so you can correct us where we've got it wrong. Costs more, because it takes longer.
Either way, you do not need to understand the tech your business runs on.
The access check
Automations run on access: logins, API keys, connections between your software and website apps. So before we take any of that on, we look at how it's currently held. Is two-factor turned on where it matters? Are old staff still in the systems? Is the master password on a sticky note or on email?
Setting this up properly can take time, and is part of what you're paying for in the blueprint. Some systems take hours, some a few days as they might need approval from a vendor.
How the permission itself works. Where a system offers it, we connect through OAuth, the mechanism behind every "sign in with Google" button you've ever used, which means you never hand over your password. You approve the connection once, from inside your own account, you can see exactly what you granted, and you can withdraw access whenever you like.
Where OAuth isn't on offer, keys are created in your name with only the permissions the job needs, stored in a password vault, and documented so they can be carefully managed.
If you'd like any of that walked through slowly, ask on the call. Who holds the keys to your business is a reasonable thing to want explained.
We're not a cybersecurity company. It's careful plumbing practice rather than a security audit or advice. If we spot something that needs a real specialist, we'll tell you.
The build
Live in 30 days or it's free
We build your first automations, on infrastructure we manage or under your own subscriptions. Everything is tested away from your live work first. Anything that deals with money will keep you in the loop: each payment, refund or invoice approved by a human until you decide it has earned the right to run on its own. There are two ways to pay for the build...
One fixed build
Quoted before we start. One invoice, tested and running properly, not just switched on.
Or monthly
If a lump sum is the problem, we instead build a piece at a time, and you pay one monthly figure agreed before we start. It takes longer, but each piece starts paying for itself as it goes live. The ways to pay are here.
Managed, monthly
- Monitoring: we see something broke, and we fix it
- Changes: new staff member? New form? We adjust it
- New automations as we go: steady requests, one at a time, at a pace set by the plan (blueprint)
- Monthly report: plain-English email: what ran, what we fixed, hours saved and next steps
- Security stays tidy: staff member leaves? Access revoked. Scheduled security? We cycle the access keys, reconnect and test
On Monthly? Choose how fast we make changes
Changes are included on every plan (based on the blueprint); higher urgency plans cost more. If you know the term, it's the SLA.
Urgent
Same day
For the work that can't sit waiting.
Attentive
Three working days
Quick, without paying for same-day standby.
Standard
Weekly
For changes that can wait their turn.
Whichever you pick, it's the same team and the same monitoring behind it. What each one costs is on the pricing page.
Bring your most annoying task.
No obligation. We can say whether it's automatable, what it would cost, and what it could save.
