The person you talk to is the person who builds it.

HushCog is a small group of hands-on AI automation specialists, which in practice means no account managers, no offshore hand-offs, and no ticket queue with a stranger's name on it. The person who builds and looks after your system is the person you talk with.

A few words from Rob

Rob, who runs HushCog

I thought a few words on why HushCog was started might help you get to know the people behind the hush. I'm Rob, and I started it after years of watching the same scene from inside other people's businesses. An owner knows there is new technology that would shorten the working week considerably. The owner also has forty jobs on and no spare capacity to learn it, so nothing happens.

I've carried a business myself, a few of them now, so I know the long days, the staff counting on you, the customers you'd hate to let down. When you talk with me, I'm usually not hearing it for the first time.

I reckon what most AI automation consultants and your local AI automation agency miss is the human side. Funny how that works: it's someone willing to take the time to properly learn a business and its goals. I find this is the secret sauce to getting the best outcome and building strong business relationships.

Honestly, it can be tricky at times, because the access you give someone doing your automations is no small thing. Whoever builds them sees everything: financial records, working hours, employees. That is a lot to hand over, and it is why the relationship has to exist before the technology does, rather than after.

That's for the complex side of things: when automations are complicated, like when existing systems can't be changed, or un-automatable systems need workarounds. The last one of those we built takes a couple of hundred emails a day for a manufacturing company and sorts them into the right projects before the team has sat down. The simple side of automations often sees smaller businesses that would greatly benefit, but still don't get to it for the same reasons: time poor, and a knowledge gap. Think chasing up quotes, taking orders, replying to common questions, or copying the same order between three different systems.

That simple side is also where people get overcharged. Automations that expire. Software that becomes a chore when it's supposed to be saving your time. You get our honest read at HushCog, and if that's a $30 app that already does the job, that's what we will say.

We're a small team here at HushCog, and we have access to serious firepower: the knowledge, technology and AI we use every day. We build our own business on it, automation consulting our own tasks, like document trawling and the write-ups behind a Blueprint. Technology is amazing and we're hungry for what tools we can apply to our work and your business.

From your end it looks like this. A regular email confirming everything is running, and a real person you can ring who knows your particular setup because they built it.
