Most consulting assumes you will be in the room for all of it. But if your week has no room in it, working around you is an option.
Around you means we work out how the business runs from the systems themselves, and then explain it back to you in plain English so you can correct us. It takes longer but means you don't have to understand the technology your business runs on to get this done, which is worth saying plainly, because plenty of owners assume understanding the software is the entry requirement.
Getting access set up properly is part of the Blueprint: where a system allows it we connect through OAuth (the "sign in with Google" mechanism, so no password changes hands and you remain in control), and where it doesn't, a named account limited to what the job needs.
